Non-Conflict Minerals policy

of Huang Liang Technologies Co., Ltd

No Buy and No Use of Conflict Minerals

Armed insurgent groups in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and surrounding countries in Africa have caused many social and environmental problems through metal mining and trade, including human rights violations and armed violence, causing international controversy. Such metal minerals include tantalum (Tantalum, Ta), tin (Tin, Sn), tungsten (Tungsten, W), cobalt (Cobalt, Co), gold (Gold, Au) and mica (Mica), from DRC and its adjacent called Conflict Minerals.

We promise

1. Do not buy conflict metals from conflict areas in the Democratic Republic of Congo and its surrounding countries.

2. Require our suppliers not to use conflict metals from conflict zones.

3. The company also conducts due diligence on the metal sources of our suppliers. We use CFSI's Conflict Metals Survey Template (CMRT, EMRT) as the questionnaire to require suppliers to disclose the source of minerals, and expect our suppliers to comply with the conflict-free mineral policy.
